Poeple suck.

So I spent most of my morning on hold to speak to a Medicare rep. Which might I add has just been a most delightful experience..

Fucking assholes. Every single one of them. No one can properly answer questions, all they know how to do is transfer your call to someone else. All I needed to do was have the address of one of my physicians changed on the directory on their website. Simple right?..

No it just about took me all day before I finally snapped. One of the reps told me I had to contact social security because the medicare site is directly linked to the social security system.. That makes no fucking sense what so ever. And if he thought I was gonna beleive that load of garbage then he was sadly mistaken. I askked to speak to his supervisor so he transfers me to yet another dumbass rep who has no fucking idea what there job even entails.. she tells me i need to call the provider help line, whom I had already spent an hour on the phone with. She transfers me to some other dumb bitch only to give me a phone number that when I dialed it says "Im sorry the number you have dialed is no longer available".

Im so blown right now.

I hate insurance reps.

I rewarded myself with a Burrito Bol.
